📄 Sokowatch Service Blueprint
Overview
I worked on this while I was working at Parallel Design Studio, Bangalore. The client was Sokowatch, an FMCG Retailer from Kenya. I designed a service strategy and blueprint for Sokowatch to make their transition from offline to online way-of-working a success.
